Being picked up at the airports to Anne's Place
Rome has two airports, Leonardo Di Vinci (Also known as Fumicino, airport code FCO) and Ciampino (CIA)
FUMICINO
All scheduled flights fly into Fumicino, and there are three terminals.
Terminal A is predominately flights in Italy (although they are extending A to cover a limited number of other European destinations)
Terminal B is European flights within the Schengen accord, where there are no requirements for passport controls of customs across Europe. The Schengen accord covers most most counties with the notable exception of the UK and Switzerland.
Terminal C covers everything else, including all flights originating outside of Europe.
There are meeting points at all three terminals, but to meet the driver from Anne's Place follow these directions.
Terminal B/C - as you leave airside (having passed through passport control, collected your bags and been subjected to the wary eyes of the customs inspectors, you come out through the doors into the main concourse land side). Turn left, through the mêlée of visitors, guides and drivers. Look ahead and you will see a coffee bar, we'll be waiting there for you, with a sign with your name on.
CIAMPINO
There is but one terminal, a crowded area as you have collected your bags and come land side. There is a bar directly in front of you, but look to your left, and look for a sign with your name on.
